If we do not have this item in stock there is roughly a 30 day turn around for delivery on our LILLY + BO EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION. Please note that due to recent global events, delays may occur, so please allow plenty of safe space between orders and the event date. We always suggest ordering your dresses three months before the event. If you require your dress sooner, please make contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Faulty items must be reported to us within 4 working days.
All sale items are not subject to refunds. Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.
Even if the incorrect item has been sent in error, all items needs to be returned to us with 14 days for a refund.

We recommend Parcel2go as a return service. They will track your parcels and can pick up if required. It is not necessary to insure your goods.
We do not pay for exchange postage on international deliveries.

Sale items, custom changes, colour fabrics and custom sizes.
No exchanges on custom changes, colour fabrics and custom sizes.
The small print
All items are fully refundable if returned within 14 days. 15 days and over a credit note will be provided, that can be redeemed within 365 days.
Exchanges must be returned to us within 90 days of delivery date.
Refund terms starts when the parcel is delivered.
If you are purchasing multiple dresses and one is out of stock, the delivered items still falls under the 14 days return policy.
