Full priced items are fully refundable if returned within 21 days.
The 21 days start the day the parcel is delivered. 22 days and over a credit note will be provided, that can be redeemed within 365 days. A £5 restocking fee will be applied to the order.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the item. Terms starts when the parcel is processed through our warehouse, which may not be the day of delivery.
- We do not collect returns from lockers, so please ensure you are sending directly to our warehouse.
- A £5 restocking fee is deducted when exchanging or refunding an order.
- Sale items can be exchanged only. A £5 restocking fee will be applied.

Faulty items We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If any item arrives faulty, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right for you. In these cases, we’ll cover all return shipping costs. If the returned item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Any item returned to us and deemed faulty will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
- Even if the incorrect item has been sent in error, all items needs to be returned to us with 21 days for a refund.

Exchanges must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- If you are purchasing multiple dresses and one is out of stock, the delivered items still falls under the 21 days return policy.
