Hows to Prepare Your Return

  1. Returns must be completed via our returns portal: Lilly + Bo Returns Portal
  2. Use the returns note included in your parcel - Write the items you are returning on the form.
  3. Place both the items and the completed returns note inside your parcel.
  4. We now offer free return postage for your convenience, you will find this in your package.

Drop-Off Your Parcel

  • Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off location.

Important Information

  • All items are refundable if returned within 21 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
  • The security ribbon inside the hem must remain intact and unaltered.

Final Steps

  • Please keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. This 14-day period begins once your return has been processed by our warehouse, which may not be the same date shown on your tracking. Please check your tracking to see delivery date 
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your tracking will confirm when your parcel has arrived at our warehouse.

Returns Conditions

All items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • Fully resellable

Security Tag Policy

All garments include a security tag attached inside the hem:

  • The tag must remain intact and in its original position
  • If removed, tampered with, or reattached → return will be rejected

Non-Resellable Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in resellable condition, including:

  • Worn items
  • Marks, stains, or damage
  • Odours (perfume, food, smoke, detergent, etc.)

Rejected Returns

  • No refund will be issued
  • Customer must pay postage to have item returned
  • Items not reclaimed may be disposed of

Sale Items

  • Gotta Go Sale: Exchange or credit note only (no refunds)
  • Standard Sale Items: Refundable within 21 days

Restocking Fee

A £5 restocking fee applies to all refunds. The fee is per order, not item.


Faulty Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will cover return shipping
  • Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund

Incorrect Items

  • Must be returned within 21 days to be eligible for refund or replacement

Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Delivery

  • Returns must be sent directly to our warehouse
  • We do not collect from lockers
