If your purchase was made through Debenhams, all customer service enquiries — including returns, refunds, delivery issues, and order updates — must be handled directly through their customer support team.
If you are experiencing difficulty with Debenhams customer service, and it has been more than 14 days since your return was processed through our warehouse, you may contact us for further assistance.
Your tracking information will confirm when your parcel has arrived at our warehouse.
Please note that we do not send a separate confirmation email once your return has been received.

Hows to Prepare Your Return

Returns must be completed via their returns portal: Debenhams Returns Portal
1. Use the returns note included in your parcel - Write the items you are returning on the form. 
2. Place both the items and the completed returns note inside your parcel.
3. We now offer free return postage for your convenience. You will find a returns voucher enclosed in your package. We only send one voucher, and every parcel includes one. If you cannot locate it, please check your packaging carefully, as it is highly unlikely for a voucher not to have been enclosed. If the voucher has indeed been misplaced, please purchase a tracked returns label via Parcel2Go for approximately £2.80, or use your own preferred delivery company.

Drop-Off Your Parcel

4. Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off location.
Important Information
All items are refundable if returned within 21 days of delivery.
Returns made after 21 days will be returned to the customer.
Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
The security ribbon inside the hem must remain intact and unaltered.

Final Steps

5. Please keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.

(Once we’ve received your return, it can take up to 14 days to be processed. Please note, your bank may take up to 5 additional days to show the refund in your account. This 14-day period begins once your return has been processed by our warehouse, which may not be the same date shown on your tracking. Please check your tracking to see delivery date).

6. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Eligibility
Full-priced items are refundable if returned within 21 days of delivery to our website.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the item being received and processed through our warehouse.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items will be covered by us
Once assessed and confirmed as faulty, we will offer either a replacement or full refund
Items claimed as faulty remain the responsibility of the customer until received and inspected by our team

Incorrect Items

If an incorrect item is received, it must still be returned within 21 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Multiple Item Orders

If multiple items are purchased and one item becomes out of stock, any remaining delivered items will still fall under the standard 21-day return policy.
