Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Please note that the 14-day period begins once your return has been processed through our warehouse, which may not be the same date shown on your tracking.
We kindly ask that you only contact us regarding a refund if it has been more than 14 days since your return was processed.

Full priced items are fully refundable if returned within 28 days.
The 28 days start the day the parcel is delivered. 29 days and over a credit note will be provided, that can be redeemed within 365 days.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the item. Terms starts when the parcel is processed through our warehouse, which may not be the day of delivery.

Faulty items We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If any item arrives faulty, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right for you. In these cases, we’ll cover all return shipping costs. If the returned item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Any item returned to us and deemed faulty will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
- Even if the incorrect item has been sent in error, all items needs to be returned to us with 28 days for a refund.
- If you are purchasing multiple dresses and one is out of stock, the delivered items still falls under the 21 days return policy.
