We are a small team proudly supporting a large customer base, and we are incredibly grateful to be where we are today — thanks to our customers and supporting platforms.

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, we operate with a lean customer service team. This allows us to keep costs down and pass those savings on to you.

To ensure we can continue offering beautiful pieces at the best possible prices, we kindly ask that you review all relevant information regarding returns and refunds before getting in touch. Most common questions are answered on our website and returns portal.

Refunds

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Please note:

  1. The 14-day period begins once your return has been processed through our warehouse
  2. This may not be the same date shown on your tracking

We kindly ask that you only contact us regarding a refund if more than 14 days have passed since your return was processed.

Your tracking will confirm when your parcel has arrived at our warehouse.
We do not send separate confirmation emails for received returns.


How to Return

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

  1. You may return via www.parcel2go.com or your preferred courier
  2. Please ensure your returns form is completed and included

Refund Eligibility

  1. All items are refundable if returned within 28 days of delivery
  2. Returns received after 28 days will be issued a credit note only
  3. Credit notes must be redeemed within 365 days

Returns Condition & Tag Policy

All items must be returned:

  1. Unworn
  2. In original condition
  3. Fully resellable

Security Tag

All garments include a security tag inside the hem:

  1. Must remain intact and in original position
  2. If removed, tampered with, or reattached → return will be rejected

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are not in resellable condition, including:

  1. Worn items
  2. Marks, stains, or damage
  3. Odours (perfume, food, smoke, detergent, etc.)

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of being received and processed through our warehouse.
This may not be the same date as delivery.


Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. We will cover return shipping costs
  3. Once confirmed, a replacement or full refund will be issued

Items remain the responsibility of the customer until received and inspected.


Incorrect Items

If an incorrect item has been sent, it must still be returned within 28 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Multiple Item Orders

If you purchase multiple items and one becomes out of stock, any delivered items remain subject to the standard 28-day return policy.
