1. All items are refundable if returned within 21 days. If returned after 21 days, a credit note will be issued instead. Credit notes must be redeemed within 365 days.

2. Your tracking information will confirm when your parcel has arrived at our warehouse. We do not send a separate confirmation email upon receipt. We do not advise receipt of items being lodged into our warehouse.

3. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Please note that the 14-day period begins once your return has been processed through our warehouse, which may not be the same date shown on your tracking.

4. We kindly ask that you only contact us regarding a refund if it has been more than 14 days since your return was processed.
